Enjoy the Journey is the website of Dave VanEpps. This policy explains how information submitted through this website is used.

Information you provide

When you contact Dave, the inquiry form collects your name, email address, and the information you choose to share about your organization, interests, timing, and request. Please avoid including sensitive personal information that is not needed for the conversation.

How information is used

Inquiry information is used to review your request, respond personally, and discuss speaking, consulting, leadership advisory, or mentoring that you ask about. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Website services and basic data

This website is hosted on Webflow. Website hosting and form services may process basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser information, and submission details, to operate the website and protect against spam or abuse.

If basic website analytics are enabled, they may be used to understand visits and improve the website. This policy will be reviewed when an analytics service is selected or the way information is collected changes.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by services needed to host the website, deliver form submissions, and support a response to your inquiry. It may also be disclosed when required by law. Inquiry information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain relevant business records, and meet applicable obligations.

External links

Links to books and other websites may take you to services with their own privacy policies. Those services handle information under their own policies.

Questions or requests

To ask about your inquiry information or request a correction or deletion, contact enjoythejourney@yahoo.com. Requests will be reviewed, subject to any records that must be retained.
